    Hi and welcome to this hypnosis experience to help you calm down from any stress, worry or anxiety from your day, as you find relaxation and a deeper ability to learn to live with more ease.

    Michael, I just want to let you know you saved my life. I've been under a lot of stress for the past year and it's recently become crippling. My nerves were shot. No one understood me. I never thought of myself as a depressed individual but my anxiety got the best of me. I started having panic attacks. I contemplated leaving my amazing job. I thought about dying because I couldn't stand the pain of being tortured in my own body and mind. I tried to pin it on something physical that I could fix. It became difficult to leave my house. I kept telling myself "please just make it through another day". I looked up hypnosis for anxiety and I listened to your videos as I tried to fall asleep a few days ago. I could feel my eyeballs twitching, not being able to relax at first. Then I fell asleep. I woke up feeling calm. I woke up feeling normal. As I listened to your voice I scrolled through the comments and all I saw was positivity. People were going through the same thing as me. I started to cry. Could I make it out alive I thought? It's only been a few days but I'm still here and I'm already starting to feel better. I will keep listening. Thank you. I appreciate you.

      Liv RN I’m going through the same stuff, just discovered hypnosis I’m really looking forward to it. Also I can recommend you Dr Bruce Liptons book, it is really good just finished it today and it is really eye opening. Also I started taking CBD and I feel much better after one week. Maybe that will help you too. Wish you the best!

    For the past year, anxiety and panic has literally taken over my life. It’s so debilitating and hard to circumvent a normal day. Tonight I was having a pretty big panic attack, complete with shaking, hyperventilating, dizziness etc. Halfway through this video and I feel SO much better. I am so mentally and physically tired all I can do is cry. You are truly a Godsend Mr. Sealey.❤️

    I was having a severe anxiety attack and looking for help or just a distraction, turned to TH-cam. Just 15 minutes in, and the pit in my chest that has lasted 2 days is less pressurized and almost lifted. Thank you.

      Hi Mandy, I’ve been struggling with anxiety for the last couple of days, it is the toughest feeling to describe to people who don’t know what anxiety feels like, I’ve tried to explain it to my husband, all he can do is reassure me that he loves me as he sits and watches me painfully go through the symptoms. But know that this is your journey in life, what you feel WILL MAKE YOU STRONGER, this is what keeps me from breaking down and giving in to the evil energy anxiety gives us. You are a worthy soul, much stronger than you believe because if you weren’t you would not be feeling such pain. Keep reminding yourself you are special, loved by people you don’t know feel that way for you, beautiful, strong person. I send you positive healthy energy and prayers for you to overcome this and you will!

      The cure for Anxiety Disorders are meditation. Anxiety is a sickness of the mind. Meditation creates awareness. Awareness is the death of the mind. No more thinking, worrying, stressing just peace and silence. You are not your mind, it is a separate tool that is supposed to be under your control, not in control of you. Get back in the drivers seat and kick the mind to the passenger seat where it belongs.

    Something about this meditation in particular is absolutely magical. I was in a total trance after 17 minutes last night. And even listened to it again after it ended! My new favorite nightly meditation!!

    I discovered these amazing videos when I hit the hardest darkest part of my life. I lost my grandmother to cancer. She's the one who raised me, I lost my teacher a few years back to cancer also it's her who was like a mother and a dear friend to me. I lost my best childhood friend he one day just hated me idk why. I lost the love of my life we dated for 9yrs. I lost my job. I stoped going to school. My life was starting to get better 2yrs ago but i have been hit with wave after wave of bad things these past two years.
    Michael your videos have been the only thing keeping me ok and grounded. When I had days I couldn't move or breathe, or eat, or sleep your videos helped me.
    I've always struggled with depression and anxiety but the hardest part for me was my abandonment issues.
    Feeling alone made me feel like I could go on and live.
    Thank you for your videos. I understand the tremendous work you put into these and I appreciate your work.
    I wish life was better. I'm honestly scared of what else will hit me next. But having this to turn too when life gets overwhelming is a good way to keep me on this earth a little longer.
    I want and hope for things to get better. It's hard losing so many loved ones so quickly.
    If it's possible can you please make a few videos on dealing with Abandonment issues
    Or the lost of a family member or friend.

    I've listened to this twice today and when I tell you, I felt relax the whole hour. The first time I watched I just randomly burst out laughing and I had no clue why. I looked up what that meant and apparently it means that I didn't think you could hypnotize me into being relaxed and forgetting about my problem for an hour, but I did. I stopped laughing and fell into a trance of peace and tranquility then I woke up feeling like I had the best sleep of my life. I have something going on in my life and this helped me forget about it for an hour. I can't thank you enough. I highly recommend this for anyone that's stressed, anxious and a worry wart like myself.

    Michael never disappoints! I started listening to him a few months back after dealing with post partum depression and anxiety now he's apart of my bedtime routine. Last night I caught myself saying the affirmations in a dream. It's greatly improved my life.

    Thank you! I have been dealing with extreme stress, panic attacks & depression since forever & nothing has calmed me down. I tried this last night & it worked so well that it freaked me out a little. When you counted back from 5, my body took over my breathing for me automatically when you hit one, which I know doesn't sound weird but it made me realize the hypnosis worked. I thought it was only 15-20 mins long at the end & couldn't believe it was an hour! Can't wait to get home & do it again.

Second morning after using this one and I woke up to the thought “ We are going to succeed” as opposed to a big FAILURE shout that I’d been waking up to repeatedly prior and the intense OCD I’m dealing with lately. I went through a period of not sleeping for more than 2 hours a night due to severe panic attacks and anxiety and your soothing, calming voice helps me relax so much.     Hi michael, I've been using your hypnosis daily to fall asleep, and it really does help. Im writing this to tell you that I really appreciate that you are doing this, and to maybe make a newer video that would help with anxiety? I used to use your older axiety one and I tried to go back to some of the older different ones, and it kind of kept me up because you used to talk a fair bit faster back then. Even if you don't, I want to say thank you for everything you have done for all of us. Have a good one Michael!

    I had to look up calming music to help with a panic attack and this helped so much. Thank you. I suffer from PMDD and hadn’t gotten a panic attack in a long time.

    I have social anxiety, eye contact anxiety (side-effect from S.A.D), and anxiety in general. I find it hard to talk to others when they’re looking at me and it’s very anxiety-provocative for me to sit on a tram (amongst other things like being alone in a cafe, restaurant or a mall, or ordering food/drink w/others or alone). I have depressive thoughts and other negative ones that won’t leave me alone. I try not to listen to them, but instead, listen to more of the positive ones and things I appreciate in life, and things I can’t wait to do! I have friends and family that I can talk to about everything. Even though it may seem like my attitude is shining through the sad times, I do have days where I’m against certain things I actually want to do because I’m afraid of the judgement by other people. I feel less valued if I end up doing certain things that stand out and are not as popular/trendy. I want to fit in, I want to be a part of the so-called "sheep-gang" (if you understand), but I can’t because I’m too afraid to be myself because I’m afraid to let myself down again, over and over.
    My POINT IS (finally), that your videos help me calm my nerves for the very next day (and through out the night), so my life won’t be as painful as it used too. I get help from you, with your relaxing, calm and peaceful voice. I find it hard to listen to other videos from other people because they arent yours and they don’t have the same effect. THANK YOU for bringing my life with joy and peacefulness. I needed it and still do

    I have been really messed up in the head here recently and I was thinking it was bc of my actions while I was awake. But it turns out that sleeping better and meditating helps a lot. I am so glad that I found this channel and I'm so glad that I've been able to learn so much more about meditating. It has really helped me a lot.

    Wow I have literally tried alot of you tube videos ect. Bought alot of books DVDs ect to help with my anxiety.I tried it last night and I was asleep quick and woke up feeling great.Thank you I've suffered from anxiety and sleep problems for decades. ❤

    I have been getting a sort of insomnia lately. Tried relaxing music, ambience, self-meditation and what not, all failed, but somehow your videos work for me. And I will continue to rely on you until I can sleep naturally by myself again.

    I listen almost every night. I listened to this particular one today at the dentist's office while I got a crown and a filling. I am terrified of the dentist. This saved me from the overwhelming sound of drills and kept me from an emotional meltdown. True life saver all around!!

    Can you please make a video to help with "noise anxiety"? Pretty please!! I suffer from PTSD, and even the slightest noise wakes me up scared. Which is pretty bad, because we live next to a very negative crazy person who makes a lot noise late at night and early morning. By the way, I love your meditations! Yours are the only ones that have worked for me. All the best

    Michael I am so so grateful for your videos, they calm me so much and your voice brings me peace. I do have one request - can you PLEASE make a meditation/hypnosis/affirmations video for extreme blushing? It's something I have suffered from for years, and it's so traumatizing because I can't find any proper help or assistance for it. It's awful and deeply affects my life, my mental health and my confidence.
    I would appreciate it endlessly. Thank you. ❤

    Great video. This works for me very well. I fall asleep half way through it and wake up feeling fresh and happy. I've been listening at least twice a week and it only gets better. I feel more calm, safe and relaxed. Thank you

    Thank you for your great video I have run out of my meds for anxiety and was in the middle of an attack. But with the help of this video I have gotten it undercontrol within about ten minutes so thank you micheal
