Having seen the way Yale celebrated on Friday, I don't think they're in a good spot tonight against a physical SDSU side on short turnaround. Give me the better (and experienced) team in a more focused situation.
I actually loved SDSU yesterday to the extent it was my only play (can see on my channel). Yale off a monumental win where they could slow a fast team down and frustrate them, also was coming off a near upset loss to Brown in the Ivy final, so focused while Auburn put in more effort to win the SEC and won so easily maybe feeling a bit high on themselves. Not the case with SDSU who also plays slow as you pointed out, and SDSU was off a lackluster close call vs UAB as a decent sized favorite, meant they'd be primed to refocus. SDSU also more used to the quick 2 day tournament time turnaround with some players from last year's run still there plus the same coach, used to that type of situation. Did lose badly on Cleveland St. today though unfortunately, liked that spot off an ugly close low scoring win having already played a game in the CBI and in the venue while High Point was coming in cold, off for 2 weeks sitting on the hugely disappointing Longwood loss, supposed to have won their conference, and had a bye in the CBI so not yet used to the venue + possibly rusty and disappointed. Unfortunately lost ugly though. Thanks for all the info Steve!

Steve, I disagree with Oregon being the right side last night. The reason they were even in the game was due to Creighton, statistically speaking, having one of their worst shooting nights. So many open looks. Next week, UT will be favored when they play CU. I'll take Creighton and the points. Thank you for your insight each and every week!
@stevemerril1485 For Creighton and its standards, they were poor offensively and still found a way. The open looks they missed early were the same ones made late, and they won going away. I concede that CU was very fortunate to win and cover. So, we will agree to disagree on this one. As for today ... Marquette -4.5 Clemson +4.5 SDST -5.5
Women's basketball has definitely gotten bigger and better in recent years, but just too many teams to cover 600+ men/women, so I prefer to focus in on the men's teams all season since it is a bigger betting market.
Like overs today, Houston/A&M….i think recently A&M much faster in pace and they don’t want to go vs Houston half court D, Alabama/Grand Canyon first half because of pace and shotmaking ability

Got’cha! Iowa St has a strong defense and a sometimes suspect offense, and the opposite can be said about the Illini. I believe the winner gets to the Final Four. By the way, you were on point about Shaka Smart…he’s great at making adjustments in-game. I might have eat my words about them. I wanted to go to Marquette when I was young because of Earl Tatum, Butch Lee, and Bernard Toone…and their uniforms. That’s going way back…you probably remember Dwayne Wade playing there…😂

Oregon went out sad.
Their main guy just gave up halfway through the second overtime.
That was a total collapse by the Ducks.
