All I could think of when I saw that chair in the mineshaft is something the proper people always say "here's a chair, just chilling. " :D Also those old Mineshaft things are really intriguing!
Cody, u are so brave going into that cave all by yourself!! I kept imagining some creepy monsters would be lurking in the dark like that movie "The Descent". Glad u made it out safely!
The spiders and bats wouldn't have bothered me. My parents house was built in 1812. Their basement looks like a dungeon and little critters manage to find their way in the house pretty much everyday. Mice, squirrels, raccoons, and even a bobcat once found it's way into that big old house. The one thing about that mine shaft that would have bothered me is the claustrophobia I would have felt being in a closed in place underground all alone. For me that's by far the most terrifying and unsettling part. Hats off to you Cody!
dude solo cave explorations are crazy dangerous. Also, if the mine was full of lead you were actually probably exploring an old silver mine! They would refine the lead to get the silver ore out of it

If you’re looking for Ghost Towns and abandoned mines, there’s plenty of them in California off the 14 North and the 395. :) There’s a Japanese internment camp, some mining towns, and abandoned villages where drought was too tough. My favorite place is Bodie :) but it has a lot of tourism.
Also, I’m excited that you’re coming to California, but I have so much work. :/ I wish I could meet you guys and ask what other experiences you’ve all had, but I have work during the same time as the meet up. Oh well, maybe one day if I go exploring like you guys are, I can ask for advice.

More scarier at night, the ghost mostly hang out in town, if you want too you can go to the grave yard. Please go to Jerome I really want to meet you!

You never know what kind of mine it may be for instance you could be walking right into a Uranium mine & you wouldn't even know it "where there is lead you will find Uranium not too far from it" anywho thanks for the vid keep up the great work that you do & Stay safe out there.......
