No since 10 years ago the German's wanted and stopped to produce power from nuclear, Germany is the biggest power producer and exporter in Europe.
The bagging machine is surely very expensive but this does not reflects a bag of pellets at 4 to 5euro each.
Europe is paying the cost from Germany withdrawing.
