Florida property tax is .92% no state income tax, California property tax 1.6% plus 13% state income tax . You pick the one you like 👍 🎉🎉. Florida Home price is the same river side town in California .❤

I wouldn't agree with you. I haven't been to Cambodia for 45 yrs since I left in 1979. Last month, my wife and I decided to go to see our hometown or our childhood/homes. I decided to explore and visit my cousins (80+ and 90+ years old) whom I haven't met for my entire life. My older brother who was recently went back to Cambodia, and found that I still have a few cousins who are still alive. I can't close my eyes to see them living the hash environment. I have to donate some cash for them to survive at least for a month. FYI.. I have no siblings or parents living in Cambodia. From what you said, and another a couple who limited themself to spend only $150/day, i assume that this couple their hearts may be made from cast iron or rock. How can this couple can close their eyes without seeing poor and super poor people in the environment? I saw people who were the trash collectors, and worked in the hash environment (hot and stingy). I saw old or young people collecting empty plastic bottle to make their living, and I also saw old people were selling a basket of veggie to survive. Our heart do not make from the rock, stone, or cast iron. I couldn't close my eyes, and pretend nothing were going on around me. My trip was kind of so so (not much enjoyment) because I saw many poor people who attempted to sell stuff or work in the hash environment to survive. Our sympathy are toward to poor people not rich and super rich people. We donate cash to hospital, cash/Sarong/towels to poor people. Our donation was just a needle in the hay stack, but at least our donation would help some poor people who we met to help them to survive for a couple days. The couple who you mentioned, if they live on budget in US, then I can understand it; however, a small donation would help some poor Khmer, and have a better life in the next life according to Buddha. BTW, we didn't donate much to temples in Srok Khmer. Each person has a different mind set or thinking. For me, I am the first generation and educated in US, I can't follow the couple whom you had mentioned in this video clip. The thinking and mind set with the sympathy to poor people, there is no difference between the 1st, 2nd, or x generations of Khmer who settle in the west. It is depending on the generosity of the individual.

I agree with you, when I visited Cambodia back in 2006 for 20 days I spend over ….carry …..plus using credit cards to pay for the hotel and gift stuff when I went to Thailand. I visited my old school next temple in Kom pong speu province 🎉you know what! I still saw same mango trees still there after I left 45 years ago. The couple that I mentioned in the video had been visiting Cambodia 5 times the first 4 visits they did visit theirs cousins but not the last visit ( 5th visit ), He had to set a budget to spend because he retired at 50 and now he is 60 years old❤. He cruised 2 times a year plus visit his family in the states. I do cruising couples time a year too.🎉🎉Did you have a plan for your next visit to Cambodia yet?. Thank you 🙏 for your comment ❤.
