when these dry are they permanent?? or are they still workable
They are still workable, if you want permanent seal with a spray varnish
Can you use them on fabric?
Hi - yes you can use these on fabric - but not on something you plan to wear or wash :)
I'd already have Brusho, so wouldn't necessarily buy these unless they are going to make ones with shimmer in them. Great video though.
