Thank you so much for this video, so my master sheet is based on completed, so does my helper column still needs a date to know when to run the workflow, in order to archive that row. Cause my issue is that when i run the workflow it is archiving my entire sheet

yes - you need a way of telling the automation which rows to archive, for example by setting a condition on the rows
