Diatom Training video. Part II Lab work

This video was realised with the financial support of the European Union in the framework of the European Union Water Initiative Plus (EUWI+).
The introduction of diatoms (phytobenthos) as a biological quality element for ecological status assessment is an important next step to improve biological monitoring.
The two diatom training video parts focus on 1) field sampling ( • Diatom Training video ... ) and 2) sample treatment in the lab respectively.
