    Self awareness and empathy can go a long way. I catch your vids when I have time and they intrigue me. Ironically, the repetitive looped music, even subdued, gets annoying in youtube videos. Not asking for Hans Zimmer or John Barry here, maybe none is better or switch loops as video "mood" changes. Now I wonder if I'm a dik for saying this and I hurt your editor's feelings. Keep it up. Everyone has room to grow in running a business. Business is a people industry. Emotional intelligence is the keystone of business. Communication must be a two way street. Everything is a negotiation. People skill aren't always innate. It takes both charisma and skill to deal with people.

    Smart people face a problem that is the abundance of choices!
    Decision making becomes a hard task when you have so many choices, which drain so much energy from you to make a decision.

  • @yvonnecowan5994
    @yvonnecowan5994 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Don’t overlook the time you spend on those repetitive tasks. When I was in college I had a repetitive job I use that time constructively to formulate arguments for new papers talk to people who knew more about life around me ET see. A lot of your best thinking can get done when your brain is not occupied with other tasks.

    Thank you so much for this video. I spoke about Alux in therapy the other day including about how it has really helped reshaped my mindset and my finances over the past 5 years. This this particular video is once again one that I needed to see.
    Another point you should have added is: Imposter Syndrome - I think I suffer from it every day.... The only way you can really help is to try and find more people who think the same as you. Which is soooooooo hard!

    "And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life.
    And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
    The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.
    Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." (REVELATION 20:12-15 NKJV)
    Today, while you are still alive and able, may you repent from your sins, believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that JESUS CHRIST is your Lord and Savior, so that through Him, your name will be written in the Book of Life.
    "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever BELIEVES in Him
    should not perish but have everlasting life.
    For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." (JOHN 3:16-17 NKJV)
    The gift of Salvation and Eternal Life is available to all. You can RECEIVE it. You can REJECT it. May you choose wisely..
