Smart people face a problem that is the abundance of choices! Decision making becomes a hard task when you have so many choices, which drain so much energy from you to make a decision.
Don’t overlook the time you spend on those repetitive tasks. When I was in college I had a repetitive job I use that time constructively to formulate arguments for new papers talk to people who knew more about life around me ET see. A lot of your best thinking can get done when your brain is not occupied with other tasks.

This this particular video is once again one that I needed to see. Another point you should have added is: Imposter Syndrome - I think I suffer from it every day....
