That area definitely has a lot of sandy, dry pine habitat, but we we will be featuring more iconic scenic driving tours soon when the colors peak in those locations! Thank you! This was filmed on Tuesday. It depends on how much time you have, but Gaylord to Vanderbilt (via Old 27) then over to Boyne Falls (via Thumb Lake Rd.) then to East Jordan (via Deer Lake then C48) then take 32 all the way back to Gaylord. It's been really windy the last couple days. I hope the leaves haven't all blown off the trees! I hope you have a great day tomorrow!
