I am so impressed at your thought processes Amy! I am at a different age and stage, but keeping on top of things that are important to me (not what anyone else thinks is important) has been vital for my mental health during these last 2 years. I wish when I was a young mom that I was as on top of things, but alas not. I'm thinking of switching my bullet journal book to a Filofax for next year. Having a habit tracker in one place makes it more difficult to maintain motivation. I really like your set up. Thanks for the inspiration!

Love your to-do list/weekly and daily planners right next to your habit trackers. That makes so much sense.

Great system, Amy! love habit trackers! Also, what a great idea to use one highlighter color a month for easy reference :)

Like your habit tracker and weekly next to each other. I’ve been pretty good this year with new healthy habits tracking but seem to ease off when my parents stay, husband off work & school hols. I really need to try and incorporate something when it’s not a ‘normal’ day

I definitely agree it is way harder to stick to routines on those kinds of days! I try to remind myself how much easier it will all be on the next "normal day" if I just stick to it but it is always a challenge for sure! You got it! =)

I admire you as my kids are 13 & 17 and I’m still trying to master it. I wish I used a planner when they were younger. It’s a never ending journey with kids. Just as you master a stage they move on 😆

Do you take it with you everywhere?

Do you couple the 21 day fix workouts with the food system? If so, can you do a review about that works? X

I have tried it in the past. I'm not currently doing the food system- just trying to be mindful about my nutrition. But, I filmed a video about it in the past, I will link below. Thanks for watching!

This is a Filofax Malden in the personal size. I got mine on Amazon, this one is leather so its a little pricey. Filofax has other great affordable options available on Amazon if you are just getting started with this style of planning and just want to try it out too (Filofax Saffiano and Domino are both great).
