Why do some attacks look that they completely hit you but you take no damage at all?
how do you skip the cooldown when fighting something like in the rock speedrun when u got 18 minutes while you were fighting the challenge statues you hit the enemy then the cooldown went away immediately
If you mean attack cooldown, it's a technique we call quick swapping. You hit, swap to another inventory slot then quickly swap back to the weapon slot. If you look at the inventory bar at the bottom while I'm fighting you can actually see the highlight of what I'm selecting quickly change back and fourth between 1/2 slot.
@@eclipseflames I think you can save about 30 seconds somewhere. Is the furnace placement in the absolute best possible place?
@@Succulentquarter I want to start smelting as fast as possible. Most of the time the villagers are not as close together as they were in this run and finishing trades/crafting is usually much tighter timing. Taking time to run to boat to place furnaces then running back would take too time.

How did you do that trade thing. You sold your ancient bow but you still have it?
I got one from the first village and another from the second village. If you try to sell with both of them in your inventory it will sell both for the price of 1 so I dropped 1 then sold the other one and picked up the one I dropped.

why does your stamina run out for so long, mine runs out quickly, although I eat soup just like you when I tried to speed you up
You're probably not b hopping correctly. I only sprint on the first jump to gain speed then I let go of sprint in the air and hold jump and use the momentum to keep moving. You are probably holding sprint the entire time or pressing it every time you land and that uses up a lot more stamina.

but by the way, because there are hills on the map, it becomes more difficult to jump)
@@axkavd yeah b hopping doesn't work so well uphill unless it's not that steep and you are going very fast.
