I could cry right now! I’m screaming internally 😭 When you said you built THIS, of course I was expecting something epic cause we all know how seriously talented you are, but this is way beyond my expectation! I can’t wait to start filming here ❤ps. Nobody would say no to a decorated version. If what you decorate doesn’t fit their Sims/ gameplay, they can get the unfurnished version and decorate it themselves. Personally, I love the background stories of the Sims you decorate your houses for. All the houses I downloaded from you, I always create the kind of Sims you say you decorated it for. And it’s always chef’s kiss 🤌🏻

Also I live in Texas too but I love that you're branching out and doing different style homes from other states. I think it would be awesome if when you can, you build South Florida styled home/neighbprhood (long rectangular concrete homes with palm trees outside), West Coast Desert homes like in Nevada, and also North East style homes/neighborhoods like this one you just did. I would love to see the versatility in how you would be creative with different region styles.

Yeah I'll admit I thought it was a Walmart/Target based on bill and your brother's recent cc. BUT I LOVE THIS TOO! I love small towns and 90's anything because I'm a 00's baby with 80's and 90's older siblings and I feel like I've been missing out! You did capture horror theme because It feels so spooky. if i get your 5 dollar patreon when i download something does it include all your cc that you use in your builds? i bought it before and i put the shopping center lot in my game, downloaded all the cc but only a little bit of the cc was showing up in my game so i canceled the subscription but i want it again. im just skeptical because i dont want to buy it for it to not even show up.
No the cc comes with every download but if you get it you will get builds that you can’t get without it
