I would most definitely consider Warner Bros. Interactive and The Lego Group making a video game based on this entitled "Unikitty and Puppycorn's Unikingdom Games". And this should feature Tara Strong and Grey Griffin reprising their roles as Unikitty and Puppycorn respectively.

I don't know how to do it on Windows 8.1. If you wish you can do what i did and install a virtual machine (VMWare or Virtualbox).
But opening it same error message here VMWare and Virtualbox.
