This is a great training video. I have a young insecure horse that this exercise will really benefit. But... The absolute best part of this video was your lesson and example of integrity to teach that young man to be a great human!! I will be showing my son this video just for that part. Thank you Ken and many blessings to you.

Loved this video. It really showed results! Most trail riders have this issue and your video provided a way to address it and stay safe at the same time.

Thank you Ken, very comprehensive and useful.
Why dont you like the horse to chew on grass? Is it the behaviour or the grass which is the problem?

Very, very helpful and a great, understandable explanation. I have a beautifully trained new mare but she is extremely herd bound. I will be working on this on our first trail ride tomorrow! Thanks!

Hi Ken! I am curious about how you determine to use what looks like slobber straps with your reins? I understand that using them adds a little weight to the reign that supports sensitivity to the feel in the horses mouth?

I have a word for the young man following, who has one hand in his pocket: GLOVES. If something happens that requires the use of a 2nd hand, the time it takes to get the hand out of the pocket may be too much. Always think ahead; preparation is better than reparation.
