I love to hate Rampart, but TLAW are actually onto something. Rampart has always been a trap cause she only turns winning situations in to even more likely wins...but in this meta, her walls and her ult actually fill a missing piece in the current comps. Her ult counters Newcastle and her tac supplements newcastle tactical so Rampart actually becomes incredibly good in the current meta in all situations instead of only being good when you're already favored..
Unfortunately she can't do much against Gibby bubble and she can be easily countered by a lot of legends that are also good at countering Newcastle, like Maggie and Fuse. Now that NC q is not indestructible I guess we're gonna see more diversity but Gibby is still Meta and limit Rampart power a lot
Sheila has always been one the best ultimate in the game if a good player has her it’s over. Will cut your team down in no time an has the ammo capability to still deal with the 3rd party.
@@xMishu_ but she can if play properly fuse has to destroy the wall damage can’t leach around It. Maggie drill ok take the wall down put back up bye bye Maggie drill. Newcastle cut that mobile wall down gibby cool I’ll set up wait for your bubble to drop be in the wide open prime time for her ultimate so who’s next.
@@xMishu_ I mean she’s not the best by all means but she can still be used just like any other legend. Great damage has good defensive capabilities if a good player uses her she can 1v3 with the ultimate alone. Not to mention if u put her turret on the ground it unlimited ammo an can cross map no damage fall off that parts kinda busted but hey.

It's all about what you pair to the NC/Rampart combo. You need a way to rotate somehow
