Future Leaders Workshop - Torres Strait

Our first Future Leaders Workshop debuted in 2023 on Badu Island. Over the course of three days, we mentored youth and gave them the chance to dive into what makes an effective leader. Our learning is hands-on, where we explore everything from safety, to art & culture, to sustainability. We provide the knowledge and skills, and they leave with more confidence to be stronger leaders in the real world. In other words, monkey sea, monkey do.
Our aim is to look ahead. To preserve and progress culture, strengthen connections, and find a vision for a positive future through leadership - together.
