Ok so I would never in a million years want to back Howard Stern on ANYTHING, however, my 9 year old has been diagnosed with long term covid. Since having covid back at the beginning of the year, every week to two weeks since she gets sick with the same symptoms she had from covid (fever, sore throat, vomiting, etc), it only ever lasts for 1 day and then it goes away until the next time. The Dr's have tried the couple treatments they know of to no avail, they said it's just something she has to deal with for now. I've had covid twice, everyone else in the house has had it, none of the rest of us have any issues, so it is rare, but it does exist. Howard, however, is just a nutter butter.

EVERY therapist worth their weight will tell you the FIRST step in treating OCD and phobias is exposure therapy. We are very good at making excuses to placate reality

Ok so I would never in a million years want to back Howard Stern on ANYTHING, however, my 9 year old has been diagnosed with long term covid. Since having covid back at the beginning of the year, every week to two weeks since she gets sick with the same symptoms she had from covid (fever, sore throat, vomiting, etc), it only ever lasts for 1 day and then it goes away until the next time. The Dr's have tried the couple treatments they know of to no avail, they said it's just something she has to deal with for now. I've had covid twice, everyone else in the house has had it, none of the rest of us have any issues, so it is rare, but it does exist. Howard, however, is just a nutter butter.

It sounds like Howard hasn't really changed much. He has always been germ phobic so the covid pandemic played into his fears perfectly.
