The 1st one is definitely a nicer looking bag. Both are gorgeous. I would keep the first one.
Also, Fasionfile just stores their bags on metal racks in a wearheouse without the dustbags. So depending on how long that bag was there, the damage could have happened in the wearhouse. I hate the fact that they store all those precious bags on criss-cross metal shelving, one right next to the other, with nothing around them to protect them from the dust and the elements. They don't even stuff their bags!

The first one looks better and i think it looks like new. The other bag to me looks like that it has not been stored right but that could just be me because i take care of my bags:) I would get the first one because the leather looks beautiful and i would have thought it was brand new because i would have not noticed the back until you said something and even then to me it still looks new.

Both bags are gorgeous, I wouldn’t worry about indentations or anything it’s Lambskin ❤, the only thing I am concern about is that usually chain straps tend to slide off the shoulder, try it for a couple of days at home, GLD😊 sometimes sellers sell their bags to fashionphile without accessories so they keep them for themselves 😂

Interesting!! I wonder if you're contemplating 2 bags if their customer service can compare them and help. I've heard of them doing that with other unboxings, but I think those ladies had a relationship with Fashionphile, or were sponsored.
You made the right choice. That first one is gorgeous & in excellent condition. I stopped trusting Fashionphile’s condition ratings once they joined forces with Neiman Marcus. They started listing a lot more bags as excellent but then go on to list everything that is wrong with it. Why on earth is anything wrong with it if it’s listed as excellent? Congratulations on your gorgeous bag!

The first bag the leather looks like it hasn't been used much. The second bag the leather looks more relax and used more.
