I’m glad it was helpful, that depends on if you would want it to have a joining at the waist part or if you would cut the dress full and smoke the waist part only, just add enough allowance to the dress

@@houseofblaycreationz2346 yes add allowance, you can cut the dress using the widest circumference, the hip or bust and add allowance, it will give you enough fabric to get the shirring effectively
