First reaction: Whoa, HOLD THE PHONE. Is this legit? On further inspection: Huh, so this is a rare export, huh? On another note, the player's ship looks a bit tiny compared to the White/Black labels.
Okay, so I found the game on CoolRoms, but MAME is having big trouble trying to run it. I tested it on MAME and MAME UI. I"ll try Shmup MAME to see if that works out.
Was DOJ the first to introduce a hyper mechanic as we know it today in the genre?
I think so. There was a hyper in DDP Campaign but that wasn't sold.
Speaking of that, I'm still itching for a ROM dump for DDP Blue/Campaign. Great piece of history given to the best of DoDonPachi players.

Hi, So, is this an original plate? Or is it a modified rom? Where did you get it?
+Qiubit Sensei you can load the rom available on the web onto a rom chip and play it on any DOJ pcb

What version is this?
It's a very rare export/outside Japan version of DOJ made in between the white and black labels.
The colours here are saturated to cool vintage. Cool?
