It has to do something with pressure, either from outside or self made or a combination of both. It is not easy explaining this topic to people who have never experienced mental health problems. But the key to recover is in fact trying to get to know yourself, realising what is stealing all your energy, to be mindful with yourself, to realise what are the activities in your life that make you feel good and make them part of your daily life again.
