  • Everything is custom on this build. Only used high grade hats from grayhill or otto.
The axis is controlled via a hall sensor on a custom pcb. The hinge is a metal construction by my design

That looks like fantastic engineering. If you don't want to manufacture it to sell, you should at least sell the plans for it! Nice work!

I would agree here why not profit off your work just make sure you patent the device that way a big corp cant steal the ideal.

I was planning on making this to sell but I asked a initial round of people. But they were not willing to pay 1000 EUR for a device like this. Keep in mind I am using hats that are over a 100 each. But I’m more than willing to build this out for a small groupbuy or something

@@MisterKnif3 I hear ya some switch's and hats can be $50-$150 usd which I feel ya and that's for good reliable Hats and switch's that feel good and will work over 10 years. When I make purchases like this I do them as a long term buy because we all know where not swapping joysticks every year like PC products. Also maybe give them options of switch's find cheaper switch's that could be used over the higher dollar but leave that as a option. Its like dude making Chopper collectives he sells them for $285 usd an they are nice quality collective for home build check the DCS forums and see what I am talking about maybe even ask him few questions about suppliers because thats where you can lower cost also people want them but you have to look $1000 euro is like 1200 usd for that price people can get both joystick and throttle quads from virpil vkb and winwing or even a Thrustmaster and pocket ruffle 300-500 usd or buy other products. But none the less you did a great design and I can see it making you some money if you can get cost to a point that people would be happy with think your highest gaming throttle out is around 600usd and thats winwings f18 throttle which is super nice.

@@MisterKnif3 I just paid $1,300 for the TM F-16 stick and the Real Simulator Lightning base. I would like to have the throttle to go with it, yours is the best I have seen.

@@MisterKnif3 Do you think theres a way to make this a modification for a TM Cougar throttle? That would surely bring the price down to something more people might be interested in.
