    We are 7 slum dwelers on a part of mhada plot and a society Olson I a same plot. Society appoint builder for redevelop building which the redevelopment work was stores since 1981. Builder without asking us a part of a plot land which accupied bus is trying to hand over neighbouring builder. Can you explain with detail is the right way andccan we liblevto get fungible area?

    Ours is registered society (40yrs), MHADA Plot area 4143 sq Mt + Garden Area 400 sq M.
    members 168
    Appointed Developer under 79 a , offered 661 sq ft.,[ Other PMC offering 752 sq ft], Corpus 7,50,000/-
    on staggering basis, we r trying to negotiate Carpet Area, Corpus & other terms in DA.
    Developer reactant to accept these Amendments.
    Consents of 51% not yet obtained by MC. but by hook or crook he will probably may reach to 51%
    Whether remaining 49% can protest & withheld him .
    Pl remember
    we r not Against Redevopment.

    Sir hamare society mai 3 flat 100 sq.ft kam area ke hai vo member equal area demand kar sakate hai kay?
