Been a press brake operator for about 4 years now. I've used some old Amada, not so old Cincinnati and a fairly new Durma. They all have pros and cons. The program on the press shown here is a work of art. Great video.
Wahhhhhhhh I was searching for this kind of video for so many days and was upset cause I didn't find anything until I got this 1. Thanks for your help.
You need to explain how to get the total length for the flat pattern and one bend-deduction for every bend, Explain why we need a bend relief on corners. I worked 44 years as a mechanical designer and made development drawings for sheet metal and plate steel … I like this video..I never worked on a bender but I know how to made setup on hydraulic press brake .. great video once again
We really appreciate your opinion and this will help us improve our next videos. The Total length is calculated by the CNC control entering all the external measures of each one of the segments’ that form the part’s section. This Total length is the result of applying the proper length correction for each bend, taking into account all the variables as die shape, punch radius, desired bend angle, material thickness and material strength. All these data inputs are processed by the internal algorithm and the result is shown on the screen. Bend relief on corners are needed both to separate bent and not bent material on parts, and to ensure forming accuracy while forming. They also help prevent tearing and undesired deformation on bending operations. Best regards
Thanks for your comment Mr. Karan. The press brake MP3003CNC has got a capacity of 120 working Tonnage to bend 6mm metal M.S. all along its folding length. These press brakes are used in several branches of industry, depending on each customer’s needs. We use it for folding the plates to create the chassis of the machines we manufacture. They can also be useful for any industry related to the manufacturing of industrial machinery, industrial metal furniture…automobile industry, aeronautic industry, etc

Hi, very good information, but how we know that we have placed the sheet in the right place to be bent, how its get measured or its by an idea of operator only.
Thank you very much for your message! When the operator enters the data of the piece to be bent in the CNC of the machine, it calculates where the Back gauge must be placed to be able to manufacture it. The Press Brake Control indicates step by step how the piece is placed in the machine and the Gauge is positioned at the exact height to support the sheet and perform the bending in the right place. If you have any further questions, please contact us
@@Nargesa hi thanks for the information provided, furthermore, how and why some are numbers are added to the system , when the actual reading of bend is different than what is in the drawing. I will be so thankful if I can understand that.
Hello again!!! There are many factors involved in bending a sheet to specific grades: material type, material hardness, elasticity, environmental factors... sometimes corrections are needed to adjust for these factors. This is true for all hydraulic press brakes!

Hello As we explained in the video, you just have to follow the folding table, it is very easy. You can also use the rule of 8, that is, multiply the thickness by 8 and it will give you the result of the V Ex. 2 mm of sheet metal x 8 = 16mm of V to use as a standard, it will also give you another data 2 x 8 = 16 Tons per Meter. This drawing i saw in trutops in about ten years ago on machines, that werent new and tons number of different tools too, nothing new, nothing special, go and have a look on their acb system, robotic arm in bendcells or other machines that working with plates, they are very good (maybe best) for years
We appreciate your comment Mr. Hanousek. We totally agree with you, Trumpf's press brakes are excellent machines, at the forefront of technology. However, the comparison in this case is not possible as Trumpf machines and Nargesa's do not belong to the same category of machines. Why this might be better than trumpf?
I dont see anything special in this machine, im working with different bending machines, and my opinion is that trumpf is absolutly best.
Within the category of hydraulic press brakes where Nargesa machines compete, we can assure you that we have a very reliable, competitive product at the forefront of technology (within its category)

Man up guys, where is the manually written program portion?
Hello @Tim Roll. You can see all details and documents concern this machine in our website: www.nargesa.com/en/industrial-machinery/hydraulic-press-brake-mp3003-cnc-2016
Sorry but doing it the way you’re doing it would not fly for me, I would do the first bend gauged for the majority of the material being gauged. Then any outta squareness goes to a flange.
We appreciate your comments Mr Ranjit 👍
