Savate 101: The Chasse Bas, Jab Correlation. Stealing Steps, Starting Combinations.

One of the core relations between the Jab and the Chasse is stealing the step. When we find distance we often cover distance. The simple but applicable concept, it's the same tool simply from a different range. Conventional jabbing gets us in from a fairly short distance. While the jabbing Chasse bas can cover great distance to set up our combinations.

Thanks! I think that old guard still has some value. I like to teach it to my beginners to help with balance. Every so often it still comes out in demonstration. Cheers.
