A birthday only counts your age off of the day you start living your independent life earth side without relying on the body of your father and mother to keep you alive. Which is why if babies are born to early they sadly pass away because you depend on your mothers body to grow yours before you’re born so you’re not considered an independent human being yet until the day you’re born into the world since your body has to rely on your mothers before it can fully properly function on its own.

I mean it's called a "BIRTH* day cause it's the day you were birthed from your mother's body... Though in Korea the moment you were born you're already 1 year old since they count the time you were in your mother's body too. But the birthday is also the date you were born, not the day you start being made.
