If it's one of those tightening undereye creams, you're not supposed to smile while it's drying. Keep a resting face and fan your face so it dries faster. Peter Thomes Roth has a really good one that works 100%.
@@patriciat5323only if you don’t apply it correctly. It takes practice. You need to apply a thin but very even layer, and use a fingertip to blend around the edges.
I have the PTR one, and it definitely works. There is a learning curve for sure, and you have to put it on clean, bare, dry skin. If you put it on top of anything or put anything over it, it won’t work. And you have to spread it evenly and blend out the edges or you get white areas. Also, you have to keep your face still for at least 7 minutes after applying or it won’t work. Takes practice - but when you get it on right, it takes 10 years off your face, and stays on till you wash it off. Downside, it’s a little harsh and drying, and you can’t wear it over creams or sunscreen - not good. I would recommend you try it on dry bare spread it evenly, blend the edges with a fingertip - then wait several minutes keeping your face still.

I Googled it, and It Cosmetics is supposed to be cruelty-free. With that being said, though, it's said that L'Oréal does test its products on animals.
