Coming to terms with how much pain this pattern has caused me and trying so hard to finally break free from it, and choosing me. ❤ Sending love to anyone in the same situation

As a 60 year old woman that works two restaurant jobs as a cook...some days I have to really give myself a pep talk. I have to remind myself of my worth. I'm thankful that I can still do it physically and mentally, but sometimes I think there has to be a better way than cooking in these kitchens.❤️

I'm truly grateful to restaurant cooks. I live frugally and live off mostly lentils and basic veggies, but sometimes when I'm really tired or treating myself, I'll get food from a restaurant and I feel so grateful to treat myself to someone else's cooking, it's really a gift. So thank you for cooking for so many people. Also I do hope you live the life that fills you with ease and joy

I don’t have the answers .. but bless you .. I wonder what Kyle would say. Sometimes it hard to take on the meaning of his words which I get but in this world the bills and age discrimination and other people still have to be dealt with. Maybe the externals don’t matter if we truly understand the message. I am 60 too and just lost everything but I’m trying to find the lessons .. hard😢
This man is saving so many lives. The way he explains things makes one feel understood and healed at the same time. Big One or bust!

This video was IT!! Ive lived as a maladaptive daydreamer my whole life and I live in a fantasy world where nothing goes my way as I felt powerless from bullying in school and Im 34 and anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD and obsessive ruminations and trauma have controlled me but now I see that its not me and I feel a shift inside. Now I know how to be the space for the character but not identifying as the character. This is so freeing.

Thank you very much for this video. This is the first time I came across you and it is perfect timing for me to see this. I am doing something I never have before… I’m 55 and in a new state, alone, away from my children, my family, my friends and at a completely new job and I’ve been sad and struggling yet trying to grow through it. When you spoke about not complaining it resonated with me because I am trying not to complain… about the weather, the fireworks, the dog poop people don’t pick up, a multitude of things I cannot control…that seem to get me so upset. I literally step over the dog poop and it is so difficult for me not to make a comment about it… even just to my dog! It’s been a struggle but I work on it daily and slowly I am beating it. It’s taking a long time though! Thank you for making me laugh when I have been crying nonstop. Making myself physically sick because of it all. Thank you for spelling things out for me. You made it clearer for me during this tumultuous time. I also am breaking patterns which I have had for decades which you touched on as well!

Ha, good timing on complaining. I noticed recently that I am complaining a lot more, and life kept giving me more of things to complain about. Until I realised complaining is a never-ending story (like you said an addiction). It was easy to stop once I became aware of it and accepted that that's life so no point of keep tripping, just keep going.

Everything you say reminds me of this picture I once saw where a guy was talking to Buddha ( I think) and he was saying " I want to be Happy" and Buddha told him to remove the " I " because it is Ego, remove the " Want " because it is desire, and asked the guy what was left. Just Happy. Just embrace the energy of that feeling rather than chasing it through Egoic Desire. Channel the feeling.

I had a dire circumstance that spun me into a deep dark Knight of the soul, and I thought I was gonna die having a nervous break down so I’m really trying to work with what you’ve said so far I had a dream a month ago, where I had to carry a bunch of suitcases up a flight of over 100 steps and so what I got from you was I got a let go of all this baggage.
