I have always loved Jodie but after this interview and seeing what she's passionate about, she is amazing! As a black woman, Jodie hit it on the nail. Soooo many will probably watch this interview and still think, "but I don't see color. I don't see a problem" 😒. Not only does she see the issue, but understands her role in helping it AND spreading the word in such an inspirational way 😊
I loved Full House growing up! I love how passionate Jodie is about social issues. She is the kind of celebrity who doesn’t just want our support for their personal gains. She cares about the community!
I LOVE Jodi Sweetin!!!!!!!! She is a rock star!! i wish i could be more of a protester. im just trying to fight my own battles. Both my kids have serious health issues so I just cant do much. its taken me 4 days to even watch this podcast!
Thanks so much for showing us an important side of Jodie's life. She's out there doing some incredible work. Shout out to her for standing up for what she believes in
I only knew who she was from watching the full house show but I never knew much about her but I really loved this interview. I love how passionate she is about stand up for what she believes in.
I’m a late 20s disabled person and that guy questioning you parking there is ridiculous. Like, even to ask “did you forget to put up your hang tag?” would be way better 🙄 Love this one!
I loved this!! I've been a fan of both yours and Jodie since forever. I loved this conversation. It was very insightful and important for anyone to listen to, even to those who disagree with the topics. I now, as a disabled person, do have to say something. Even if they say you can park in the "blue spots" as you called them, you still shouldn't whether the school is in session or not, since there still could be someone that needs to use them. I'm definitely not defending the security guy (he definitely could've went about it a better way), just speaking on the law of those accessible spots. Also, as you two were speaking about language and everything within human rights issues: in the disability community, we are trying to remove the word "handicapped" when speaking of disabled people and things that are for disabled people like an example-parking spots, bathroom stalls, fitting rooms, etc. So as a tip, when you want to say handicapped, replace it with accessible. It is important to remember to include the disability community when speaking about language, diversity, human rights issues, and more. I just wanted to speak on that and the use of those blue spots. I would absolutely LOVE it if you invited disabled actors or activists to speak on your Vulnerable podcast. It would be awesome.
I love Jodie! I loved her my whole life! even when she was on dancing with the Stars, worst Cooks in America, Beyond the Edge.... you know I would love to see her on the masked singer cuz she does have a good voice and we heard her sing on Fuller house
Great interview with Jodie for sure. She was one of my favorite characters on full house. She's an awesome person and a down to earth lady for sure. Thanks for having her on Christy.
I'm only 12 minutes in and I already am really enjoying this! Great stuff guys. Jodie - the concept of taste freeze is something I always talk about! Now I know it has a name! So true. Thanks!
Hey Jodie an Christy. So nice to see you lovely’s again. I’m so glad you beautiful lady’s are doing good these days an so nice to see you both so happy. ❤️😊
I bet everyone watching content like this has gone through the "taste freeze." All i watch these days is old shows. I just love the nostalgia, and now, with all the rewatch podcasts, it's like endless content
I listen to EDM/HOUSE music but mostly as background when I'm cleaning my apartment twice a week, other music I listen to Jazz, Rock, Metal, '90's R&B, '90's HIP HOP(it's just a great decade for it).
This is the most relatable content I have ever heard in my life 😂 The music thing is true. I prefer 90's rock grunge and eay 00s stuff... I hate some todays music. Thank you 😃 Also I do agree with Jody about the last part of the video about social media that they and still fear and shove like false narratives on the news and just it's a way to divide us because matters of opinion. And I'm glad that she spoke up about it because I feel I'm one of the few that gets it and now that she's speaking up about it you know it's all comes down to communication and all these corporations making monetary gain with our eyelashes and are crazy opinions about politics and religion.. There's going to be a good side to social media and there's also going to be a very bad side social media it's just how we are going to use that in our power to take control of that narrative. But I'm very proud of you both I feel so relieved and excited about what you guys were talking about like I said so relatable and I literally grew up with you both you guys on different TV sitcoms but also realizing the person beyond that script is you both are very empowering amazing women and just incredible
I do not agree with MS. Sweeten about much but I do agree with her about social media being the root cause of why we cannot have more honest conversations about much of anything
You ladies are SUCH an inspiration! Thank you Christy for these interviews… jodie Alison Lindsey… I’m just in awe of you ladies and strive to have your mindset one day soon 🖤
The crazy thing is, I remember being a early teenager and seen research come out on technology and or medication that would literally hold a woman’s eggs until she was ready to use them. You can see hedge funds but that patent and sat on it so that we can still have these horrible fights between red and blue when they could be avoided all together
Well girls as I watched you all on tv and growing up along with my children, I must say as adults it is the battles you choose to fight in this life that makes you a better person and the roads you pick may not always be good but there are forks in the roads for more growth and to help and love all human beings. God looks at all of our deeds and works in our lives not just what we say. So any time you help yourself and others for a better life you can not be wrong with God and that in the end is what matters no matter your status(a normal person, tv star,or how rich you may or maynot be or the color of your skin or the type of religion you may or may otherwise practice in this world.) We all answer to God in the end. Don't let others change you from being yourself and doing what is right.
I totally feel the taste freeze period, but I am not sure if I am in that. I just entered my thirties, and I have a boyfriend who I am happy with. However during my 20's I wasn't a club person, but I liked to go to cafe's with friends, and listen to music chat (which I still sometimes do), but the club days weren't really a thing for me. Somehow I feel now that I am in my thirties, and thinking about what is next in my life, I feel relief instead of pressure a 20 year old has.
I love Jodie...I don't agree with her on certain political issues... I'm a born again Christian so naturally there's some different viewpoints there, however, I do love how intelligent and articulate she is and how she's so passionate about the things that she believes in and she words her self very well she has great ways of explaining things and I really like that about her. 💜
In general I just don’t drink, and I made that choice very early on. It’s not really something I’m into, and you can have fun without drinking. And I think it’s cool that it’s cool to be a non drinker.
Jodi's right. I'm 34 and I've settled into my 90s music. Taste freeze Today's music is absolutely horrible 🤣 I can't believe she's 40! Girl looks around My age
While I agree with you on the racism aspect but what no one is talking about is that in even in Ireland white people literally just became free from slavery within the last decade
When A.I Policing come into effect, she would have been arrested by a robot that was programmed to arrest her at the moment of violation, regardless of race, gender or celebrity, just as a law breaker.
Capitalism comes down to picking the best devil because everything else that’s been tried on a large scale , whether under the guise of socialism or communism, has been catastrophic on an even bigger, hungrier level.
Protesting is fine and dandy. But Jodie crossed the line in the protest & that’s what happens. Why would the LAPD say sorry?! Try having their job and see if you would apologize for sacrificing your safety when they cross the line & potentially cause more people to do so. Jodie was right about social media being a swamp of fear and hatred. Now people don’t know how to act in REAL LIFE with laws and boundaries.
If I could give some feedback you talked over her too much. In a normal conversation being verbally responsive is nice, but in a podcast interview it’s awkward and cuts off your guest. Let her finish please and less talking about yourself.
Oh it's so hard being a single mom. You want to try something hard try being a single dad that needs to work 7 days a week. For 13 dollars an hour. Trying to raise a 2 year old by yourself.
Didn't agree with much of anything in terms of abortion, capitalism, police brutality, "it's not our job to educate you", but then "silence is violence" (well, which is it??) "karen" IS a racial slur against white women that white liberals are totally willing to accept etc, but still appreciate a different perspective 👍
I have always loved Jodie but after this interview and seeing what she's passionate about, she is amazing! As a black woman, Jodie hit it on the nail. Soooo many will probably watch this interview and still think, "but I don't see color. I don't see a problem" 😒. I loved Full House growing up! I love how passionate Jodie is about social issues. She is the kind of celebrity who doesn’t just want our support for their personal gains. She cares about the community!
Love this interview! Jodie is amazing and I love how much deeper, more organic the conversations can be when you're interviewing friends. Great stuff!
Jodie is such a gem! Ugh I love her so much she’s so humble and real.
The guests you get are INCREDIBLE
Best interview yet! Never knew how much I loved Jodie she truly gets it. Also loved the Alyson Stoner interview.
I LOVE Jodi Sweetin!!!!!!!! She is a rock star!! i wish i could be more of a protester. im just trying to fight my own battles. Both my kids have serious health issues so I just cant do much. its taken me 4 days to even watch this podcast!

I love the coffee mug! “Bitches Against Bullshit”🤣
This was absolutely amazing💎 I saw two thought-provoking women that had a much needed conversation, especially for the public. This was beautiful💖
Both of you age like fine wine.
I'm only 12 minutes in and I already am really enjoying this! Great stuff guys. Jodie - the concept of taste freeze is something I always talk about! Now I know it has a name! So true. Thanks!

jodie is a rare gem!!!!
I see a packed bar and it just looks exhausting 😂. I was born in 84 and I feel the same about music. My only updated music is my Spanish hip hop lol.
Loved listening to this podcast ❤️
Respect. You both have my complete respect
Jodie doesn’t age! 😍
Always adored her🤍
Loved this one!!

this was so interesting listening, I'm a trade union economist at 45:00, and I was on board. :)
When I tell you I RAN
This was a fantastic podcast interview!
I wonder how Jodi and Candace get along having such opposing views on these big topics that they are emotionally invested in.
Great interview

You will be an amazing director 😎
12:51 yes I love she love the hip hop music
I acknowledge mom queens ☝️
It’s hard being sober in MA because that’s All anyone does. Isolating with my family isn’t so bad though luckily haha 🙏💗
This one needed to be like 3 hours longer 😂
In general I just don’t drink, and I made that choice very early on. It’s not really something I’m into, and you can have fun without drinking.
And I think it’s cool that it’s cool to be a non drinker.
Two of my childhood crushes
My first crush was her si many years ago when I was a little boy, she's a couple of months older than me and she still looks amazing
Love your videos, I would love to see Ashlee Simpson on here one day.
Why don't you put the guest "socials" in the video notes?
Love you Christy
Taste freeze!! It all makes sense now 😅🙏
Why would a cop knock anyone down for no good reason especially if cameras were there?
Jodi's right. I'm 34 and I've settled into my 90s music. Taste freeze
Today's music is absolutely horrible 🤣
I can't believe she's 40! Girl looks around My age
Interview Christine Lakin another 90s star
ITS POSITIVE AND UPLIFTING, EDM
I’m voting for Jodie to host LIB reunions from now on lol
😊
The mug!
Jodie has such a baby face
would you want to talk to calvin harris, david guetta, marshmellow? yea try to get some of them for an interview!
While I agree with you on the racism aspect but what no one is talking about is that in even in Ireland white people literally just became free from slavery within the last decade

To her point I pictured N.W.A biopic- arrested for playing f the police
neiiiiighh

Jesus loves you!😊❤❤ All so very very much! Trust Him, He's got your back!❤❤❤
How rude!
you never think they deal with some shit til they do in public and poof there it is. Sad !

Instagram's full-screen update thing they've just switched to SUCKS
I think you’d get more views if you changed your thumbnail art. It looks very amateur.
It's good to see good white women
Shame on Jodi for how she treated Candace.
