I love your kitchen. For roaches, walk in to any agrovet and buy Boric acid and go home mix it with grated garlic, milk and unga ya ngano. Make a paste apply to those areas where roaches hide and thank me later. After one week you won't see any roaches in your kitchen.
Hey Florence, i heard dt you wanted to Know the best way of elimination of roaches please use sevin dudu dust and you must ensure for one week you cook food especially super early so dt you can avoid any remaining cooked food for the roaches not to interfere with your food after having sprayed out your sevin dudu dust on the floor. It will definitely work out and it's abit strong for the kids but kindly try it out i have no worries with them after i started using the powder

Just purchase it at the agrovet shops and also if possible just do it when the kids are away,alafu pia ensure that your manholes are Clean and well disinfected with the same powder when all dry just try it don't loose hope
💕💕For roaches i buy the 2 packets of powdered insectiicide and put after every two months.... Consistency gal.. It has no smell like the liquid mixtures ..... They disappear.. Thank me later

If you have issues with cockroaches avoid putting that liner in the pantry cz that will make a good place for them to hide and start laying eggs
