His junkrat is honestly good, better than silver. His main problem is his positioning, he doesn’t know how to stay alive. He takes the right fights to kill healers, he can really be in gold maybe higher if he learns how to position. His sens is crazy asf tho but it works for him I guess 😂

I'd say 2 ranks, but it depends on with each case. Like the video he's silver but a Plat and diamond player on other ranks, so put him against Plat players
2 ranks seems like the sweet spot for what elo hell means in these lower ranks. You guys should have a chart in the discord of what the matches would be for elo hell. so like bronze->gold, diamond->masters gm5-gm3; something like that, since it is different across ranks

I played once with a Gm Junk and he always ulted in the enemies and got so many kills, he said thats how he climbed from Gold to Gm, waiting till they can'T react top him jumping in and tire.
Fr I have like 6 accounts and it’s always easy to climb to get high diamond and then a small push to get into masters where I usually sit sure you’ll lose games here n there cus of teammates but they won’t stop u climbing if u deserve it

When my friend started playing CSGO, I told him time and time again that lower sens is a lot better in the grand scheme of things and that he would get used to it eventually. Took him 1000 hours to start seeing what I was saying. Think thats whats happening here. Faster = better to a lot of people because to them they can get to targets faster, not realizing they are sacrificing consistency.
I think his rank could even out at around low - mid gold if he just sticks with it and continues to play as he did here. However, I think if he were to iron out his glaring inconsistencies he has actual potential. Mainly just his aim due to the absurd sensitivity he has and his habit to tunnel vision really hard.
As someone who plays constantly on 200+ ping with my girlfriend who lives across the world, I can say that it's not that hard to hit shit playin Mei or junk, two of the easiest characters to play on high ping, I still play high Diamond low masters

i'll keep it a stack, the reason he's higher rank on other roles isnt due to his skill but the fact that, arguably, tank gets babysat the most and support is just plain strong as a role. as a dps you have to be mechanically sound and aware of your positioning, 2 skills that don't get punished as much on tank/support imo

I mean most of his mistakes could be related to his high sens. I've been between masters and gm for almost 4 years (hitscan main), but I was bronze when i started, and i blame it on my DPI. I used to play with 6000DPI and 6 sens, got to low gold playing with that. I was also watching tons of coaching videos and all that stuff. When i felt stuck, I tried 800dpi and 4.5 sens, it took some time to get used to it but after i did it I stopped using so much brain power on aiming so precisely and I could actually focus on the game, started correcting my errors and actually applying what I learnt. Maybe I'ts just my case, but I think everyone that has such high sens should give low sensitivity a shot, it could improve your gameplay way more than you think

No one focused him when he ran in the middle of them, no one shot pharah, no one shot his tire. He plays a decent gold dps, but that's not "elo hell" he just has to play more and he'll eventually climb out of silver. Considering he's diamond in support, he SHOULD be stomping these players, but he gets away with mistake after mistake with no punishment, and the fact that he isn't stomping them means he just needs to practice more. Imo.
i was deranked to gold 2. took me an hour to get back to plat 3 lol. also i get max 150 ping when i play from the netherlands on a US server. in the netherlands itself i get around 15 ping.

7% sensitivity ingame it sounded like yeah. His sens is greatly inflated by his dpi of 4000, I don't know how to compare it to console but, if you were to tap your stick really slow and not far to the right, you could easily turn ~50°
You should have your DPI set to number that can work with your screen resolution and cause less pixel skipping. Then fine tune your sense. I use 1250 DPI and between 1.5 - 2 sens depending on who I'm playing. Ashe has 1.75 and Bast 1.5 (my mains currently as fuck playing tank atm) (Edit) Not saying kine is perfect as a personal preference and mouse room (I wish I had more). But lower is usually better. IF IT still feels too slow, turn it down a whole step or 0.5 and use it for a minute or two. Then put it back up
I Play Overwatch sins realise and i'm now a Junkrat main and i now i'm god engath fore GM because it dosen't mathe If my Team is frowing or i play against five conters i stay always positive and carry Sometimes. People who say junk doesn’t take skill are the same people who would get rolled playing him. Try to hit arched shots. It’s not easy. It’s a sense acquired after 1000s of hours. Distance, height, movement are calculated into every single shot in the higher ranks. Hitscan is easy. You place your crosshair on a target and click. You can’t do that on junk from a distance. You have to calculated and compensate. Show me another hero where distance is an actual factor in landing a shot. Yes you can spam. You can spam any hero and hope for the best but like all other hero’s you’ll find it difficult to climb. Junkrats deserve a lot more respect.
It makes me sad to see a Mei played this badly, it's not even the fact they miss every right shot (although their aim is tragically bad), it's the fact everything they do does not have any impact for them or their team. Their walls hurt their team more or did nothing and their left click priority is also terrible, silver? No, I think they deserve to rank down one placement, because until they fix their game sense, not even their mechanical skill, they will hurt their team more than help.

You should have your DPI set to number that can work with your screen resolution and cause less pixel skipping. Then fine tune your sense. I use 1250 DPI and between 1.5 - 2 sens depending on who I'm playing. Ashe has 1.75 and Bast 1.5 (my mains currently as fuck playing tank atm)
(Edit) Not saying kine is perfect as a personal preference and mouse room (I wish I had more). But lower is usually better. IF IT still feels too slow, turn it down a whole step or 0.5 and use it for a minute or two. Then put it back up

ngl - putting a silver in gold makes no real difference - players don't really start getting better till late plat at the earliest....

Butt i wanna to play one time with a GM team to be shure i'm not only that got because i play against gold players.

People who say junk doesn’t take skill are the same people who would get rolled playing him. Try to hit arched shots. It’s not easy. It’s a sense acquired after 1000s of hours. Distance, height, movement are calculated into every single shot in the higher ranks. Hitscan is easy. You place your crosshair on a target and click. You can’t do that on junk from a distance. You have to calculated and compensate. Show me another hero where distance is an actual factor in landing a shot. Yes you can spam. You can spam any hero and hope for the best but like all other hero’s you’ll find it difficult to climb. Junkrats deserve a lot more respect.

It makes me sad to see a Mei played this badly, it's not even the fact they miss every right shot (although their aim is tragically bad), it's the fact everything they do does not have any impact for them or their team. Their walls hurt their team more or did nothing and their left click priority is also terrible, silver? No, I think they deserve to rank down one placement, because until they fix their game sense, not even their mechanical skill, they will hurt their team more than help.
Silver and gold is literally the same thing on console, but might be different on PC..
