This is made out of cassava , onion and salt to taste. It is served with some coconut. The cassava has to be grated to get that traditional taste. Maa Becky will take us through the process in Sunyani Ghana. Hope you love it

Taty! What a wonderful piece. Loved it. As always I am elated to see Sister Ajara on screen. I am her biggest fan, and her English is simply the best🙂🙂. You can also tell she is an amazing story teller and well connected and liked throughout her community. Sister Ajara is simply the best! Really enjoyed listening to Ma Becky's story about her children and how selling agbeli kaaklo sustains and funds their school. Just an amazing narrative of hard work, purpose, and achieving goals. She certainly needs an assist from us who view your videos. Again may the God Lord bless you for the work that you do on the behalf of the small scale entrepreneur. You are a fantastic and selfless woman and human for doing this. Do not stop and do not change, for you are making a massive difference in the lives of the women of your community. What you are doing is admirable and inspiring. We appreciate you to the max! Folks let us contribute so Ma Becky can procure her gas cylinder and stove. That purchase will allow more efficiency in the making of the food products she sells.
Please I suggest that the woman uses hand gloves the cotton one, whenever grating the cassava to prevent any cut. Such a hard working woman, The good Lord bless her always with more strength 🙏

My favorite snack when I was in primary school ,good job keep it up.
I ate this cassava akara while i was in Cameroon where they fry it in palm oil. Since i left, I've been longing to see it to eat with coconut. Maybe, Ghana will be the next place i will eat it.

What you can learn from some elders and what people don't know Africa has the best and the food is mostly vegetarian just remove animal products and you are eating very well .
