incredible how tiny the oil reservoir is on such a huge engine. the large trents seem to have a lot of blowby, i assume from having the smallest possible reservoir as well. thank you for these most amazing videos/animations. definitely the best! very clear and easy to understand! :)
Fantastic video. Even not been a pilot I love technology and the science behind every machine and specially airplane. After watching these videos every time I fly my brain can see the harmony of all these components working together to make an airplane to fly in the sky and not only that but also flying for long hours connecting one country to another.
Keep up the good work please! I'm a big fan of the GE-90 and I'm a nerd that spends hour simulating on the T7 using PMDG magnificent airplane. This just explains the nuts and bolts of how this engineering masterpiece works!
4:30 interesting, they have core compartment cooling, and also, as shown earlier in the series, cooling systems for turbine clearance control... Kind of odd that they are not one and the same
Great videos! I've watched more than once. I'm just wondering why there are 2 number 3 bearings, I watched that bit it a few times, we had 1, 2, 3, 3, 4 & 5? i.e the 2 N2 front bearings are both number 3
hi, could you please explain how the box wing works and if you believe it can improve aerodynamic performance. if you do I will subscribe to your channel thanks!
No words can tell how much I am appreciated for these videos, all thanks for the efforts.
Ce😚🥲
I worked for GE machining the front fan hub which the fan blades are installed. I also machined the stage 1 & stage 2 high pressure turbine discs.

Your video is amazing. Give us aditional knowledge. Thank you!

These are the productions of intelligent minds
Amazing 👏 never seen such information videos ever. Beautifully animated and explanation.
Hats off. Keep it up!
I know some of this stuff but I love the animations such that I always watch
Amazing technology on how a jet engine works and how it is protected. Amazing technology on how these videos were made and how they are watched . Thx.
Just another great animation and lesson. Really and highly appreciated. Thanks for the effort ! Keep doing.
Amazing videos. I love how these engines work.
No words to describe your effort
Excellent series of videos! Please keep up the good work.
Thanks, will do!
An excellent series of videos. Thank you for these! I know so much more about what is happening when I'm on a plane now!
Glad to help!
Great video with really good explanation. Eagerly waiting for the final episode of the series. Could you also do a series on the A320 and its systems.
Thanks for sand video . अब part 5 की वीडियो भेजो ge90 ge9x Jet engine
Thanks for the video! Very interesting!

one of first that used active and passive clearance control were on cfm engines , some 30-35 years ago
Fantastic keep up the good work
Very good.
Thank you.
Great lesson..
excellent work.
Cool video.
Excellent, 👍

It is strange, yet that is the way the bearings are labeled.
KINDLY test It In Graphics.1st.
MAKE it 1.6 Feet Thick.Around.
Great series, lower the music volume.
i think its perfect if not too quiet
Amazing
A "fire condition" is the same thing as a fire.
I was waiting for this video, thank you guys! You are doing such a great job 🙏🏻
Lửa sẻ ra khi được tăng tốc độ cao nhất vậy sẻ đưa ra cánh quạt ở dưới
Awesome 👍
Great!
Gooood
Nice
why they just jettison the entire engine?
