A lot of them I learned the hard way but some points kind of reminded me that I am right in the way that I am feeling. Especially with the “they don’t need to hear your side of the story”. Someone or some people said some bad things about me but I stayed quiet voluntarily after my “friends” already believed them before I said anything. Only until recently I realised they didn’t deserve to hear the truth and it made me feel free because I felt chained with regret all the time. But something clicked and I thought f*** everyone. If you think that of me then you were never my friend. I don’t think what people think of me and I’ll do what I want. Zero f’s given. My mother always cared about what people thought of her and I always believed that limited her to what she wanted. It’s kind of crazy you are the same age as me and have this wisdom. I had a motherly figure at school who gave me a lot of the wisdom in this video which is how I learned the rest. Mainly being healthy, exercise, have hobbies, to be a better person and to forgive yourself for past mistakes. Just learn from them and don’t do it again. If people still want to “hold you accountable” for past mistakes just forget about them.

2:00 "everything happens for a reason"
thats not true or at least we dont know. because quantum events seem to happen randomly. so in general we believe the world is a mixture of things being predetermined and random.

what I am saying is that I believe that even the “random” things happening are supposed to happen/have a reason

@@ilincasecuianu but the definition of random is that is has no reason

@@sanojh08 in this case, I personally don’t think that anything is random :)

You are very wise for a 20 year old or you read some of the lessons in a book!
