    I have really long thick loose curls and I usually just do braid outs. My hair is a lot and I don't have time since I workout daily and have to wash my hair weekly. I do a braid out 5-6 braids and then I take them out a day or two later. It just sucks that my hair takes forever to dry!!! I'm just happy that's it's very manageable as long as I'm consistent with wash days. 😅😬😂😂

    • @Jameelahssoftlife
      @Jameelahssoftlife 4 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      @sumeya Hussein I don’t understand why y’all would think I wear polish or nails while I’m making wudu/ghusl. Come on now. Muslim women wear polish on their periods all the time. Let’s assume the best about each other please. Insha’Allah my prayers and wudu are accepted just fine since I’d never do that.

    • @Jameelahssoftlife
      @Jameelahssoftlife 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @Noor B sorry for the late response. As far as people being judgmental or rude about my nails, I honestly pay them no mind. As long as I am not wearing them when I’m making wudu/ghusl or praying, I really don’t think it is anyone’s concern. Do you sis, as long as it is halal. Some people have to realize that not everyone follows the exact same Islamic rulings on things like nail polish as well. I know people who think you can’t wear it at all but alhamdullilah that’s not the ruling I follow or understand 🤷🏽‍♀️ I always say do your own research and do what you think is right. If people don’t like seeing me wear polish or nails, alhamdullilah they’ll be okay when the swelling goes down 🤗 I have found nothing wrong with wearing them on my period and Allah knows best.
