Have the courts determined that PTI and Imran Khan was involved. Has any commission been appointed to investigate. Natural jurisprudence says that any individual should have the right to appeal in higher courts. In other cases he should have the right to appeal and get bail. Then higher courts are more competent to determine the punishment. By not giving bail your are denying a person justice.

It is often implied that the military was helpless and failed to protect its installations against PTI activists on 9th. May 2023. We need to understand that the former operates under the government's orders and not independently. Riot control is the responsibility of the civil administration. The latter could have called for the military to provide support as ''aid to civil power' which it didn't. In the circumstances, the military had no lawful cause to initiate action. The proper course should have been to impose a curfew and call for assistance from the military. Even in that case, the latter would have acted only under order orders from the local civil administration if the rioters failed to disperse. The situation was professionally handled by the civil administration.

Long story cut short Establishment is here to say, rule and Govern . Democracy has to adjust itself with ways of Military . Under the circumstances how to strengthen the Military for better governance and over-all welfare of country . Pakistan's primary issues are not jamhuriat, civilians baladasti , saaf aur shafak aadaliya or Imran Khan &9th may . Primary issues are Education, Agricultural growth, non-school going children, employment, exports, economy and so on . Even Establishment wants a strong and prosperous pakistan if there Supremacy is not threatened .
Hence Raza Saheb come back to your newfound agenda to stabilise and make the Pakistani strong . So pkease design program on these lines ;
Right now there is a fine balance of power, authority and jurisdiction between judiciary and Military . Extensions shouldn’t be given to anyone .
Yes very true but history provides you opportunity to correct the future course of country , if you squander such opportunities you will loose everything and push country into chaos and uncertainty.
Presently Pakistan has a best CJP and COAS in justice Kazi Faiz ESA and General Asim Munir . Their services must be extended to put Pakistan on the right path of peace , progress and prosperity. Both are men of proven abilities, Kazi has pulled out Pakistani judiciary from SaqibNissar-UmarAthaBandilian whims , fancies, naked favouritism and rule of NoLaw . Kazi saheb brought back the semblance of justice, sanity and fairness to judiciary besides bringing an air of confidence across the judiciary from lower courts to SCP .
General Bajawa-General Faiz as a team and as undeclared rivals have brought so much of division in Pakistani Fauz’s ranks and files and even among the retired group . Their messing with political parties , Afgan Policy and raising inner rebellion/ Radicalism are the unpardonable omissions/crimes . COAS General Munir accomplished the task of quelling all such dissenting acrtivities with a stick and carrot policy . But what’s more amazing is his handling the country’s economy, law and order and establishing rule of law . His success in bringing foreign investment and restoring faith of people in Government is spectacular, unprecedented and deserves rich accolades.
Pakistan would be really in safe hands with service extensions to these great sons of land .

Incomplete analysis that intentionally overlooks a deep reality. Army is very sensitive to and vicious about being confronted. They are aghast someone challenged them. Why don’t they bring the guilty to court, if they have proofs as they claim? Reality is the attack was spontaneous by the free public, without organizers or instigators. People venting their anger and frustration at the gun toting Pakistan conquerors. Now their attempt is to coerce prisoner 804 to apologize, which will amount to admittance of guilt. But Khan is standing tall, even though I strongly oppose of much what he stands for.
