You’re right but what I have seen including my own experience is that it doesn’t matter. The LOR you get doesn’t mention any of that. Not even whether it was a tele or onsite. But one should be able to articulate what they did or learnt during the course of clerkships in the interviews. I did 2 tele rotations and one onsite. Still matched into my #1 choice in Internal Medicine.

Does ur internship years mean u r a graduate ? If u received ur graduation certificate before the internship?
