During the conversation, they requested my pincode and informed me that the model was available at an ex-showroom price of 50k. They followed up with me twice, However, electric bikes may not be the most suitable option for me, considering my average EB unit consumption of 489-490.

I am having FLIO with over 40K. the problem of degradation started around 30K where the KMs per charged dropped 40%. The issue was never addressed by the company after keeping the vehicle for 50 days. When I checked by then with dealer, they did not want to deal with it as company never responds to them. What I learned is that its the same story as OLA where the company is overwhelmed with these issues. As of now there is no dealer in coimbatore or around as all delears have left business. Now there is no service or neither response from company. Supporting these newbee companies is a loss for the consumer. Now its left with limbo and no other option other than to file a case against company as they have totally mislead the consumer and left with a loss. With now social and main stream media coverted OLA it has come to limelight. what about other? Are companies who do LFP are equipped handle these so called pouchs?
Ola will give bikes for only Rs.20,000 and may be Rs.10,000 also in the coming days. Poor service and Poor product from OLA
