What if mapping was changed and bank register went negative and all payroll transactions within register are red

How to fix the paycheck amount which was paid out from right bank account, but while running payroll it was picked wrong back account? Due to that reason in the right bank account I can't find the match amount for the expense. Any Advise on how to fix this issue? Thank you

make sure you have mapped it to the correct bank account. For the older mismapped bank accounts what you would need to do in most cases is transfer those payroll transactions from the bank account to the "wrong bank" for that period where it was mismapped. The end result is a zero balance in that account. So if payroll taxes were $500 you would have a increase and decrease to offset it for that period.
