I like how Roxy said "Freddy, get out of my room." Like an annoyed teen sister. Gives you an idea of what their personalities are like without Vanny or Afton's manipulation and corruption.
Yeah…I was also a bit surprised to find out that Monty was already in a bad light before the hacking started. Sure he was always jealous of Freddy (and presumably killed Bonnie) but, he would at least still be in control during normal hours. Although I’m convinced that if Monty found out that Gregory was with Freddy, he’d pursue him with more brutal motivation.
I love imagining their personalities and everyday life without all this glitchtrap stuff. I think they have "souls" like Freddy, no just robots.

The saddest and most emotion filled part of this whole game is when Freddy says he is truly sorry about the Mr. hippo fridge magnet. Absolutely devastating, it had me in tears.

The way that Freddy encourages Gregory with phrases like “Way to go Superstar, I knew you could do it!” Makes me think that he really cares for each and every guest, because we’ve seen how the other animatronics can react based on coding, but Freddy is more human like, like he still has a soul, which is pretty dang cool.
But in google it says they arnt possessed, so the chances of them developing a human like mind is really high.
I mean the FNAF world takes place farther in the future, so you’d have to assume that AI and technology has definitely advanced quite a bit. I mean look at Sundrop, he was programmed to take care of children and keep the daycare clean, and he does it exceptionally well; despite being a tad overbearing
I heard of a theory that he's got the soul of Micheal Afton, I saw a video about it by super horror bro, at first I was not convinced but it then made sense which is why he is so human and persistent to protect Gregory despite his superior, Vanessa saying otherwise.
Buuut... I still am skeptical and like to think that this malfunction prior to Gregory's introduction, and how he cannot connect to the main network a reason why he is different, I'm not sure if I remember it wrong but I think Freddy was the only one to malfunction.
Or maybe Freddy is just like them but only at closing time in their rooms that charging station there is hacked which is why Vanessa told Freddy to go back to his room rather than to search.
Or perhaps he is around long enough to develop a consciousness? I mean I feel the others may have been in a lot of repairs especially Chika which may be why shes so unhinged? This theory doesn't have much evidence huh.
@@Rhanz2021 not really, during the canon ending (to meet w.afton springtrap) he mentions whilst going down to the [(funtime/molten freddy)/ennard/amalgamation] a “she” brought him to the first pizzeria (which was presumably his mother when he was alive), then he mentions a path he had to follow (probably jumpscaring the night guard in [fnaf1]), and how his friends were more [corrupted/messed-up?] than him
which could mean we are with the same freddy from the first pizzeria, presumably one of the kids during the ‘incident’, which proves he was human
my assumption: though now it has probably been a long time since now he inhabits a more modernised vessel as “glamrock freddy” with more things he forgot, i believe his new personality chip has awakened more of his human mind
2+days later edit: re-looked into the lore again, it seems that i’m partly wrong as there are theories that the ‘she’ who took freddy in his old suit is ‘vanny’ and he was affected, along with his friends, by glitchtrap in fnaf ucn and vr to attack the nightguard

Ever since Security Breach released, I've seen Glamrock Freddy as a role model, a comfort character, and a surrogate fatherly figure.
He's polite, doesn't lie to Gregory, always keep a watchful eye without being invasive, disciplines without being condescending, is more than willing to help at any point, never loses his temper, encouraging at every turn, keeps his voice in a soothing tone, admits when he makes a mistake, possesses genuine compassion towards people he's close to and new people alike, is protective without being overbearing, and is more than willing to sacrifice himself if it meant the ones he cares about are safe. These are qualities that are shared among the best of parents.
Every time I see Glamrock Freddy, I smile. When I hear his voice, I instantly feel calm. Anytime I hear him say "Superstar", I feel a sudden burst of confidence. This might sound cheesy to you, but these are genuine feelings to me. I'd feel safe around him.
I wish I could thank both Scott and Steel Wool for bringing this masterpiece of a being into existence. It's so awe-inspiring to see so many people along with me so positively uplifted by a single character, and from Five Nights at Freddy's of all places.
I could go on for hours gushing on how much I adore him. I just can't put into words how much I love Glamrock Freddy. He's like, as someone would say, a lighthouse admist an ocean of misery.

My own dad died unexpectedly earlier this year, so talking with Glamrock Freddy and observing how he interacts with Gregory really helped me - in a strange way - to feel a sense of bittersweet nostalgia and odd sense of comfort.

All of them care about children other than the afton built ones. They are possessed by them after all. I feel like we just completely forgot about the ghost's existence despite the fact that they are in fact there throughout every game except like, 3, one of them being security breach. And even security breach freddy is most likely possessed.

Honestly, yeah. I feel like during normal operational hours, kids would be intently listening to Freddy explain things or perform. Adults would probably get along fine with him too because of the manner of how he speaks. When the place used to have regular human employees, Freddy was probably the easiest to work with, both hardware and software-wise (I think he had the least amount of hardware problems and is very socially cooperative). Freddy probably made the previous employees’ jobs more bearable.

It's possible Monty took him out since there's a message that says he was last seen at the Gator Golf course and since Monty has shown to be jealous of the band members (the golfing mini game even has Freddy in a garbage can and in one ending he even takes over as the head of the Pizzaplex) it's possible he's responsible.
Others also think Vanny sacrificed him to bring back William Afton as Burntrap.

If Monty had once found out that Freddy and Gregory were working together, he would’ve been way more motivated to find their whereabouts and take out at least one of them. He’d take out Freddy to not only capture Gregory but also to enact his jealousy. He could also pursue Gregory first because he knew it would hurt Freddy if anything happened to Gregory.

As someone with an overloaded work father, I immediately just fell head over heels all over the supportive nicknames and caring personality of Freddy. Everytime he said good job or well done it made me feel like part of myself was missing, that I had just gotten something I never knew I needed. In a way he's like a guardian, vehicle, and emotional support bear all in one ❤️💙💛 and I'm living for it.

glamrock freddy is so wholesome to greg, probably because either that's the soul of his dad or he (glamrock freddy) is designed to be nice to children, avoiding what vanny/vannesa does to the other animatronics
That's possible, but if an animatronic is possessed by a soul, it probably ahs a different voice, can't activate scanners or stuff, or get an error. So that's an animatronic designed to be nice to children.

It's pretty wild how Freddy can seem incredibly sentient yet also very robotic. I like how when we hear him call out to Vanessa as she leaves him in Parts & Service, you can truly hear that he is distraught and actually raises his voice. And with the William ending, hearing the pain and straining in his voice as he tries to fight off William's control is amazing. Major props to the voice actor for giving us such an amazing secondary protagonist. And thanks for uploading this! Does my heart good to see that this Freddy is getting a lot of love
