    How cool it is.
    Happy to watch, I think there is no much difference b/W XAG and DJI

      They both fly and spray. However, the user interfaces, durability of parts, battery technology and speed of execution are key differentiators.

      @@pegasusrobotics Could maybe be so kind and point those differences out for me?

    Excellent tutorial, you definitely don't hesitate to walk all the way around the field to show us that Way of Mapping.
    I have a question. I have large fields that are 2 kilometers long. Could I also use the terra module if I don't have internet reception?
    Because I know that the connection betwen the controls and Good Camera quality doesn't reach that far, with XAG

      Terra module would work but may take awhile and several batteries on a field of that size. It would e best to use Pix4Dfields with a light weight mapping drone such as the Mavic3 series. Then you could outline your obstacles and boundaries and transfer those to XAG One for flight planning.

    Hello, how did you transfer to the drone? Thank you for your interest

    Hi Nathan, Thank you so much for the excellent video.
    I've a question if you address it I'll be thankful.
    DJI consumes 1 Battery and also charges 1 battery almost the same time, there's no stop or pause during continuous operation. But XAG consumes 2 batteries at a time but charges 1 battery around the same time so I feel there'll be pause or stop during continuous operation. How will handle this during operation without break. 😊

      Very simple answer is to have a few batteries on rotation so you can fly non stop or plan it properly so your extra battery has the 10min charge window during the mission.

    Hola puedes detallar, como se ajustan las helices en el nuevo modelo del Drone P100Pro, o mantenimientos a realizar, gracias.

    When you marking out your boundary with the controller is there certain distance you have to mark from point to point?

    • @pegasusrobotics
      @pegasusrobotics  ปีที่แล้ว

      It really depends on the accuracy of the GPS, in the video Nathan talks about this at 8:09. If in GPS it may be better to be 1m or 3ft from the obstacle or vRTK may be half that or right next to it if you are on RTK. You can also modify the boundary and obstacle settings in the mission planner shown at 32:10.

    Would it be possible to create a flight plan that looks something like this: go point A directly do the spraying at point A, go to point B directly do the spraying at B, go to C directly etc. import it to the controller and command the XAG drone to execute it?
    If not, I guess, it could kinda be simulated by making a very narrow virtual field section between A and B, a very narrow field section between B and C, between C and etc. Then marking a no-spray area that is almost the length of A-B section, so only spraying part is a small area very close to A and a small area close to B, repeat for B-C, C-etc. Such field and no spray areas will be generated automatically by a 3rd party software for the given A,B,Cs etc. points, so no need to draw those virtual fields by hand.
    Does that sound reasonable/doable to anyone, or maybe someone tried something like that?
    Alternatively do any of XAG drones have any Software Development Kits (SDKs) so a drone's behaviors can be customized with the software?

    Are you the same from pix4D fields?

    Greetings, Nathan. Tell me why you don't use or test the XAG M2000 or M500 models? (after all , these are VAG products ! )

    • @pegasusrobotics
      @pegasusrobotics  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Mavic 3 Multispectral is widely distributed and easy to use platform by many customers. In fact Pix4Dfields can use the images captured from almost any drone (RTK preferred) including the M2000 and M500 which are available for customers who are interested.
