Rock A Doodle wasn't released until April 1992 in the USA, so it was really weird for MGM to put this preview on the tape at the time, when the film wasn't gonna be released until 2 years after this tape was released.

I can see that none of the copies of this tape I've ever seen have a black screen at the very beginning. Apparently a few copies of the Rainy Day Finger Play & Fun Songs VHS are like that too.
