Yes, among many of them, influencers, models, dancers. There is money to be made, much more than you might suspect, for a significant number of them, not least the cameramen. I see many naive comments and that most foreigners don't understand the consumer/web culture there. I'll soon be visiting China again after a 3-year Covid hiatus and am ready to be shocked by the changes.
