Don't trip. I get the vibe of what you are saying. It's also the fact that they are speaking a second language, not their native. Every culture has their way of speaking English, when it comes to phrases that are foreign. When I was younger I would laugh at broken English. Later I had great respect for the fact , they were and are speaking well enough to communicate in a language that is even their own. So the inflections, phrases, tones , are always "quirky" or " humorous" to many. I get the good energy and vibration in your comment. Gods many creations, indeed are beautiful and amazing to love.
