to get passed the symptoms while eating, ive learned to. slowly drink small sips of water to help the food go down. it may take 2-3 sips of water but it eventually goes down with a great feeling of relief. then i can continue my meal. but i may have to do this a few times. it took me a few years to figure it out but now that i know its a regular part of my eating habits...🤗😉
My husband coughs up mucus, especially after eating. Food comes up, he strain-coughs up mucus mixed in with bits of food. He’s often hoarse. In 10 years, no doctor has diagnosed him. They say acid reflux. No it’s not, no heartburn. Maybe this is it. Will ask for camera probe. Thankyou
