One of the most wonderful traditional sub-continent recipes, Shahi kheer is a sweet and tasty dessert, loved by people of all ages. It is basically a rice pudding prepared by boiling the rice and some great dry fruits in premium quality and pure milk.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup rice ( 50 g )
4 Cups of milk
18-20 almonds+ 18-20 cashews+ 1 tbsp pistachios ( make a fine paste )
10-11 strands of saffron + ¼ cup of warm milk
Some chopped dry fruits
¼ cup sugar or as per taste
¼ cup of condensed milk
½ tsp cardamom powder
khoya 100- 150 g
