Hi, I managed to source these from the same store I think in Manchester When I installed them they worked fine, for a few years they never got any play time went back to them and the green light comes on three quarters up. Any idea as to why . I barely used the after installation and just covered them up.
Not sure why they would have gone bad if they've only been in storage, try cleaning the tracks in them maybe. FWIW, my second one has gone bad, thinking of using a replacement part for Technics turntables to fix it.
Apparently that's what does it. I saw a post on a forum the other day and leaving them can be just as bad maybe through dust. I've just ordered a pair off ebay and probably got this to look forward too 😂
My TT500 turns on but the platter no longer turns !? I'm afraid the brushless motor is no longer working. It's strange because despite the past years this record player has hardly been used. Can you help me ?
Im about to do a fix on a bodge mess up that my buddy did... Ill probably bridge some wires because the pads are fryed...thanks for your vid...

Cant you just keep it at quartz lock?
For playback yes, but it's useless for mixing
