It's very impressive how they use all these techniques of brilliant humans imagination in simples but sophisticated machines for a little ball that brings millions of people together to entertain themselves and having good times.
영상에서 보여 준 것은 라미네이팅(무봉제)공법으로 주로 저가 PVC 축구공을 제작할때 하는것인데 국내 제조사가 시범적으로 보여 준것 같군요. 중고가는 PU판넬에 쏘잉(봉제)공법을 사용하여 일일이 수작업으로 하였는데 지금은 어떻게 발전했는지 모르겠네요. 물론 저가 중 미싱으로 하는 기계식 쏘잉 방법도 있긴 하지만요~~~~
Looking at the assembly its hard to believe that it stays together, especially considering it is constantly kicked by professional athletes 😳 That's some kick arse glue.
When I see videos like this, it's hard to imagine how the company remains profitable with all the man-hours involved. I'd imagine there's more to it than I'm seeing here in the video

It's realy strange but although it's amazing how this process is done I don't no why but I was expecting some mass proses sing plant with no hands on at all maybe with the amazing stuff they turn out we just expect stuff to much. 👏👏👏
I'd imagine the process much more automated. Do you know if larger production plants can produce the balls without human hands touching any part of the ball, at any point?
Please don't forget the effort of the ball producers when you playing. Really appreciate to them 🙏
