My mom passed away in late May of this year from brain cancer after battling it for 7 years. She listened to Charles Stanley almost every day since she got saved back in 2004. I got saved last October and finally got to fellowship with her these last handful of months. I just want to thank God for his promise of eternal life through my savior Jesus Christ, because I get to see my mom again in Heaven!

Humble one I Am 80 I have been homeless in my young life l know how hard it is I have a humble heart to ward the dock and homeless I wish I new where you are I am along except for God Jesus and the Holly Sprit. Pray to God the living Jesus he picked me up and carried me up and carried me all life read plsam 27. in God's Word . He will help you find a good family in Jesus name an help you on your feet to walk with him.

This was a very difficult sermon for me to listen to. And to be honest, when this sermon popped-up in my recommendations, I saw the title and instantly became irritated and angry. I've been going through some extremely difficult situations that have lasted for days, weeks, months and yesrs.
At least 1 hour went past before I decided to listen to the late Dr. Charles Stanley's sermon. I grabbed my Bible and followed along with Dr. Stanley in Philippians chapter 4: 6-12.
What he said makes sense:
1. See the situation as coming from God.
2. Obey God in this situation.
3. Trust God in this situation.
4. Draw from God in this situation.
And that's exactly what Paul did and that's how he was sincerely and truly content in his circumstances. Regardless of the circumstances. Jesus, give me the desire and courage to do 1 through 4. Amen.

100% feel the same. Stanley has helped me go through one of the most difficult times in my life. I am seeing the light come but impatience sometimes get to me so much it makes me feel unhappy and paralyzed. I pray to feel contentment as i am waiting for things to turn around for me.

I am blessed to have some of Dr. Stanley’s CDs from earlier years. I am thankful for his bible led teachings also; I have learned so much through the years because of his anointed teachings.
God blessed us with a great pastor and teacher in Dr. Charles Stanley. He left a legacy of making Jesus a priority by obeying Him and leaving the consequences to Him.

Amen makes so much sense. With the help of the Holy Spirit simple to practise. May not get it right always but much better than antidepressants and any other help that psychotherapy offers. Been through trails and grief all my life, n no plans have worked out in my life, but purpose of a caregiver for my grandma whom passed and now for my mom, yet was content till my wife of 13 yrs passed 8 1 23... whom was my love n helper friend, 2 peas in a pod ... this has hit like nothing else, God, lord, Holy Spirit what are you going to do about this?... I ask for wisdom and strength in your name to re-find my inner joy n contentment, .... your will be done not mine, and ask for others to pray for me where 2 or more I may be healed, Amen 'it is written"

Yes learn to be content Dear God we have been trying to change Our life circumstances it is not Happening yet and it is making us frustrated but we thank you Lord we have our Family together on this Situation that is more than what I can wish for my Family we are not comfortable Living in this place
